Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at fatpiratecasinouk.co.uk (the "Website") or any of the services, games or features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you" or "your") and FatPirate Casino UK ("FatPirate", "we", "us" or "our").

1. Introduction & Acceptance

1.1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the Website.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spins, cashback or other incentive granted by FatPirate subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds credited to an Account as a Bonus that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player or credited as winnings that have met all applicable wagering requirements.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Suspected underage accounts will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.

3.2. Geographic Eligibility

The Services are directed at residents of Great Britain. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access from any territory at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

3.3. Registration Process

To open an Account you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Residential address;
• Mobile telephone number.

You agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4. One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, address, email, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method or any other means — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses and winnings, and retain deposits to offset costs incurred, subject to applicable law.

3.5. KYC Verification

We apply robust KYC procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence or national identity card);
• Proof of address dated within three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement);

4. Account Management

4.1. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any action taken using your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4.2. Account Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Section 5. Accounts subject to an active bonus or open investigation may not be immediately closed.

4.3. Account Suspension & Closure by FatPirate

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• You engage in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards staff or other players;
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency directs us to do so;
• You have failed KYC verification.

4.4. Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. After this period, we will notify you by email. If no activity is recorded within thirty (30) days of that notification, an administration fee of £5 per month (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept deposits and withdrawals via the following methods (subject to availability in your region):

5.2. Deposits

The minimum single deposit is £10. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly, though bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days. We do not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.3. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is £20. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is £10,000 and per calendar month is £50,000, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Estimated processing times by method are:

5.4. Withdrawal Conditions

5.5. Currency

5.6. Failed or Reversed Transactions

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1. General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers are subject to these general rules and any specific terms published on the individual promotion page. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2. Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed account registration. FatPirate reserves the right to restrict bonus offers to specific Player segments, geographical regions or payment methods.

6.3. Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount;
• Free spin winnings carry a wagering requirement of 35x the winning amount;
• Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited;
• If the wagering period expires, the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited.

6.4. Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows:

6.5. Maximum Bet While Using Bonus Funds

While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted stake per spin or bet round is £5.00 (or equivalent). Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.

6.6. Bonus Withdrawal Cap

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from free spins bonuses is £100. Winnings from deposit bonuses are not capped unless explicitly stated.

6.7. Bonus Abuse

FatPirate actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance or mathematically exploitative play, use of automated betting strategies, and collusion. If we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close the Account.

6.8. Opting Out

Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting our support team or adjusting Account preferences. Once opted out, bonuses already credited will be forfeited.

7. Games & Fair Play

7.1. Game Availability

The range of games available on the Website may vary and is subject to change without notice. Some games may be unavailable due to technical maintenance, regulatory requirements or provider decisions.

8. Tournaments & Lotteries

8.1. Tournament Participation

8.2. General Tournament Rules

• Eligibility may be restricted by Account verification status, geographical location or minimum deposit requirements;

• In the event of a tie, the Player who achieved the qualifying score first will rank higher;

• FatPirate reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify any tournament at any time without notice.

8.3. Prize Distribution

Cash prizes will be credited to the Player's Real Money Balance within seventy-two (72) hours of the tournament concluding. Bonus prizes will be credited within the same timeframe and are subject to Section 6. FatPirate's decision regarding tournament results is final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Ownership

All content on the Website — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, game interfaces and database compilations — is the exclusive property of FatPirate or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2. Licence to Use

FatPirate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works of any content;
• Distribute, publicly display or commercially exploit any content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software;

9.3. User Content

If you submit any content to the Website (such as reviews or chat messages), you grant FatPirate a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, display and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10.2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FatPirate's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the higher of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) £500.

10.3. Exclusion of Consequential Loss

In no event shall FatPirate be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4. Force Majeure

FatPirate shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, power failures, telecommunications failures or cyberattacks.

10.5. Your Responsibility

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited. FatPirate accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of your use of the Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Internal Complaints Procedure

11.2. Escalation

11.3. Alternative Dispute Resolution

11.4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 14. Miscellaneous

14.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3. Waiver

No failure or delay by FatPirate in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

14.4. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. FatPirate may assign these Terms or any of its rights and obligations hereunder without restriction.

14.5. Third-Party Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to confer any rights on third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except to the extent expressly stated herein.
